The ODU Basketball: Keeping Up With The Joneses Coaches Show is back TONIGHT!

The Coaches Show will be held live on location on Mondays throughout the remainder of Sun Belt Conference play and will also air on either ESPN Sports Radio 94.1 FM or Fox Sports Radio 1310 AM from 7-8 p.m.

🔼 Earning Their Shot. Two foundations of the ODU football program over the past few years are competing to earn their shot at the next level this weekend in Fort Worth, Texas.

Zach Barlev and Kris Trinidad are among a select group of standouts who participated at the College Gridiron Showcase.

The College Gridiron Showcase is the first major all-star event of the postseason. Since its inception in 205, over 900 participants have been offered professional opportunities. It is the first all-star event to implement an OTA format.

Players participate in practices, a controlled scrimmage, and both individual and team drills. Meetings, interviews, and seminars are also a part of the event.

🔼 Just Keep Swimming. It was a busy Friday for the ODU swim team who hit the water to battle local foes, William & Mary and East Carolina in a tri-meet.

Highlighting the showing were Bryce Mortimer and Zach Redding, who both took home victories for the Monarchs.

Mortimer earned ODU’s first victory of the night in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:02.78. Redding followed with a win in the 100 butterfly with a time of 48.64.

🔼 A Dream Come True. At the age of 13, Adrienne Goodson declared that she would play basketball for ODU one day.

On Saturday, Goodson will watch her jersey lifted to the rafters at Chartway Arena as her #24 will hang among the all-time greats.
