With weather changing schedules, the weekly Keeping Up With the Joneses Coaches Show has updated its schedule for the rest of the 2025-26 hoops season.

The Coaches Show will be held live on location on Mondays throughout the remainder of Sun Belt Conference play and will also air on either ESPN Sports Radio 94.1 FM or Fox Sports Radio 1310 AM from 7-8 p.m.

🔼 Turning The Corner. Tonight begins the second half of league play as the ODU hoops program hit the court for critical Sun Belt matchups.

On the women’s side, the Lady Monarchs find themselves right in the middle of the league standings as they welcome ULM to town for a midweek matchup.

Through the first nine games, veteran guards Simaru Fields (15.0 ppg) and En’Dya Buford (14.9) both rank in the top-10 in scorers in league play.

For the men, the league standings are a logjam with fifth through 13th place separated by just two games. Tonight, ODU heads to Arkansas State to battle the Red Wolves, who are just a game ahead of the Monarchs in the standings.

🔼 No Place Like Home. A busy weekend is on tap at Folkes-Stevens Tennis Center with three home matches on the docket for the ODU Tennis programs.

On Friday, the men’s team hosts two in-state foes with Richmond rolling into town at 1 pm, followed by Norfolk State for a 6 pm evening match.

Sunday brings BIG 10 foe Penn State to Norfolk for an 11 am meeting with the Lady Monarchs.

🦁 MONARCH TRIVIA

Tonight at Chartway Arena, the ODU women’s hoops team will look to improve to 5-0 all-time against ULM.

It will mark just the second time the Warhawks have traveled to Norfolk with the other coming in 2022-23 when the Lady Monarchs grabbed a 63-49 victory.
