🔼 Road Work. ODU Football hits the road tomorrow looking to get back on track when the Monarchs visit Georgia State for a 3:30 p.m. kickoff in Atlanta.
Last week against JMU, QB Ryan Huff threw for 261 yards and a touchdown in his first career start, while TJ Johnson produced his best game as a Monarch with five catches for 105 yards.
ODU has dominated Panthers in the head-to-head series with a 6-1 advantage with Georgia State, but this year’s GSU squad enters at 3-1 and presents a challenge for the Monarchs.
🔼 One Month Away. We are now exactly one month away from the return of ODU hoops!
Next Thursday, ODU will host Meet the Monarchs event to allow fans to connect with this year’s squads heading into the upcoming seasons.
🔼 Powered By Puneet. For the third time in her career at ODU, Puneet Bajwa was named the Sun Belt Golfer of the Week.
She also earned the distinction her first year on Oct. 12, 2023 and then again last year on Sept. 26, 2025. It’s also the second weekly honor in as many weeks for the Monarchs after Lucia Gonzalez was voted Golfer of the Week last Thursday, Sept. 24.
Earlier this week, Bajwa helped lead ODU to a fifth-place finish at the Tot Hill Farm Invitational. On Monday, she handed in a pair of one-over par 73s for her first two rounds. She followed that up with an even round of 72 for her final trip around the course at Tot Hill Farm Golf Club on Tuesday.
It was also her third Top-15 performance in as many events this fall.
🔼 Weekend Work. For just the second time in the past month, ODU women’s soccer will take the pitch tomorrow night at the ODU Soccer Complex when South Alabama rolls into town for a Saturday night Sun Belt tilt.
The Monarchs enter the weekend as one of just three unbeaten teams left in conference play, sitting at 1-0-2 through the first three weeks.
Kickoff is set for 6 p.m.
