🔼 Show Out Sunday. It was quite a weekend for a pair of former Monarchs playing in the NFL.
Tre Hawkins III earned his first career start this past Sunday against the Saints and jumped in front of a third-quarter pass from Derek Carr for his first career INT. Unfortunately, Hawkins was put on IR for the rest of the season on Monday with a spinal injury.
Stone Smartt decided to keep it going on Sunday Night Football with a career performance against the defending NFL Champions. Smartt equaled his production from the rest of the season with a career-best three catches for 54 yards as the Chargers took the Chiefs to the wire.
🔼 Lock It In. Before we know it, the new year will be here.
Just a month later, it’ll be spring sports season, including the start of the ODU lacrosse 2025 campaign.
The slate has been set for the Lady Monarchs as Coach Walton unveiled the full slate awaiting ODU.
