🔼 Welcome To The Family. The future continues to get brighter and brighter for the ODU football program, who this week, welcomed the latest wave of newcomers to Monarch Nation.

Let’s meet the 30 signees, who inked with Coach Rahne and the program on National Signing Day.

🔼 Accolades Aplenty. Old Dominion senior offensive lineman Zach Barlev earned first team All-Sun Belt Conference honors, while quarterback Colton Joseph was named the Offensive Player of the Year, to lead 11 Monarchs on the Sun Belt All-Conference Team.

Joseph was named second team quarterback, while Ryan Joyce earned second team honors on the offensive line and Tre Brown third team at wide receiver. Jerome Carter was named to the second team defense, while Kris Trinidad and Jeremy Mack received third team honors.

Na’eem Abdul-Rahim Gladding, Stephon Dubose Bourne, Chris Forbes and Mario Easterly earned honorable mention recognition.

🔼 Dynamic Duo. The ODU Football program wasn’t the only welcoming new member as Coach Jones and staff announced the addition of two members to their 2026 recruiting class.

CJ Harper (McDonough, Ga.) and CJ Lyons (Waldorf, Md.) both signed their NLIs to join the Monarchs next year.

🔼 A Lasting Legacy. After 12 seasons as the head women’s soccer coach at Old Dominion, where she took over the reins of a struggling team and built it into a championship program, Angie Hind says it’s time to return home to Scotland.

Hind inherited a team that finished 1-13-3 in 2013 and turned ODU into a nationally prominent program that won three conference tournament championships, a regular-season conference title and two Sun Belt Conference East Division crowns in the last five years.

🔼 Region’s Best. Add another line to the resume of ODU field hockey standout Serena Langendoen.

Langendoen, a defender out of Rotterdam in the Netherlands, earned first team All-BIG EAST honors a year after earning second team all-conference accolades. She has started all 17 games on defense, scoring seven goals, with one assist for 15 points. She recorded her first career hat trick in the win over Wagner.
