The ODU Basketball: Keeping Up With The Joneses Coaches Show is BACK for another episode TONIGHT at Recovery Sports Grill in Norfolk from 6-7 pm.
Hosted by Ted Alexander, the Voice of the Monarchs, he will be joined by both Head Coaches, Mike Jones and DeLisha Milton-Jones, who talked about what’s ahead in the final weeks of the regular season.

🔼 Twice As Nice. For the second time in his NFL career, Rick Lovato is a Super Bowl Champion.
Lovato was once again a part of the Eagles’ Super Bowl victory over the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday night, marking the second time (also 2018) that the former ODU standout was a part of a Super Bowl title.
In addition, former Monarch Charles Walls earned a ring as he serves as the VP of Player Personnel with the Eagles.
🔼 We’ll Take Two, Please. Several of the members of this year’s ODU lacrosse team were still in middle school the last time the Lady Monarchs started a season 2-0.
Welp, that changed this past weekend as ODU kicked off the season in a big way, bringing home a 13-6 victory over Longwood, followed by a 14-10 road win at Wofford to start the 2025 campaign at 2-0.
Callie Culhane led the offensive attack with back-to-back hat tricks on the weekend.
🔼 Court Is In Session. It all started on Friday with a BIG TIME road win as the ODU men’s tennis team traveled I-64 to Blacksburg and battled to a 4-3 victory over the Hokies of Virginia Tech.
On Sunday, the Monarchs returned home to wrap up the weekend sweep with a 6-1 domination of visiting Charlotte.
