Sure, watching dunks, 3-pointers and thrilling action on the court is fun,
but doing that AND helping out a local child, how can you beat that?

Next week, the ODU faithful have that opportunity as anyone who buys a ticket to next Thursday’s home game (Feb. 20) against Marshall, will have money donated towards the Chartway Promise, which is helping send

🔼 Life On The Road. With only six games remaining on their regular season slate, the ODU hoops team have a tough road week ahead of them.

The men’s team, who sits just two games out of first place, heads down to Georgia to battle Georgia State (Thursday) and Georgia Southern (Saturday). Coach Milton-Jones and the Lady Monarchs are looking to bounce back as they head to Marshall and JMU for tough tests heading down the stretch.

The hoops teams aren’t the only ones on the road as men’s tennis, baseball and women’s lacrosse team all hit the pavement to do battle.

Freshman Sarah Murrell had quite an opening weekend for the ODU lacrosse team, scoring five goals to help the Monarchs to their first 2-0 start since 2017.

For her performance, Murrell was named the American Athletic Conference Freshman of the Week.

The ODU Basketball: Keeping Up With The Joneses Coaches Show is BACK for another episode TONIGHT at Recovery Sports Grill in Norfolk from 6-7 pm.

Hosted by Matthew Hatfield, the Voice of the Lady Monarchs, he was joined by both Head Coaches, Mike Jones and DeLisha Milton-Jones, who talked about what’s ahead in the final weeks of the regular season.
