🔼 Just Getting Started. Walking out of the locker rooms in Pensacola late Saturday night, there was one overwhelming among the ODU men’s basketball team.
“We’re just getting started”
In its first season of the Mike Jones era, the Monarchs made a surprise run to the Sun Belt quarterfinals, upsetting fifth-seeded App State before falling in their fourth game in four days against Sun Belt Co-Regular Season Champion, Troy.
"There's a lot of talent in this program and these guys will be back here again," senior RJ Blakney said. "The sky is the limit. They'll be here again."
🔼 Drive To Five. As the weather starts to warm up a little outside, the ODU women’s tennis team is doing some heating up of their own.
Kicking off Sun Belt Conference action, the reigning league champs rolled to a weekend home sweep of App State (5-2) and Marshall (4-2) to extend their win streak to five.
🔼 He’s Bacckkk. We are less than three weeks away from the start of the 2025 MLB Season and former ODU standout Vinnie Pasquantino is starting to round into form.
On Friday, the slugger launched his first HR of spring training for the Royals and has six hits, six RBIs and five runs scored in 24 at-bats this spring.
