🔼 Senior Salutin’. No better way to salute your seniors than with a weekend sweep, right?

That’s exactly what the ODU men’s tennis team did, rolling to a pair of victories over Delaware (4-0) on Friday and VCU (4-1) on Sunday.

The Monarchs head into this week’s Sun Belt Tournament in Rome, Ga. having won seven of their past eight matches and sit at 17-6 overall.

🔼 Starting Strong. Former ODU standout Jared Young is off to a strong start to his fourth MLB season.

Just two weeks into the 2026 season, Young has already piled up seven hits, just one away from tying his single-season career high. The former Monarch has played in 11 games for the Mets and is on pace to appear in the most games of his MLB career.

On the year, Young is hitting .350 with two doubles, two RBIs and two runs scored.

This past weekend, the Monarchs slapped on the pads for more spring football action, tuning up for the upcoming Spring Game set for this upcoming Saturday, April 18th at Ballard Stadium.
