🔼 Rolling Thunder. With his team needing a big performance in a crucial part of the year, senior southpaw Blake Morgan delivered in a HUGE way.

In Sunday’s series finale against Marshall, Morgan tossed a complete game in an 8-2 series-clinching victory for the Monarchs. With the series win, ODU moved into a tie for sixth-place in the Sun Belt standings with two weekends remaining.

🔼 Heating Up. Watch out MLB, Vinnie’s heating up.

For the fourth time this week, former ODU slugger Vinnie Pasquantino went deep twice this weekend in Kansas City’s series victory in Baltimore.

Pasquantino now has six HRs this season and ranks eighth in the American League with 22 RBIs.

🔼 A Special Spring. A third straight year with not one, but ✌️ trophies placed in the trophy case at Folkes-Stevens Tennis Center.

It was yet another special spring for the ODU tennis programs, but it came to an end over the weekend with the Monarchs falling in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament on the both the men’s and women’s side.
