One of the many new exciting faces joining the Monarchs in 2026-27 is former JUCO All-American guard, Khoi Thurmon.
The 6-1 guard from Chicago, Ill. brings a dynamic presence to the ODU backcourt.
📈 STOCK UP
🔼 In Good Company. With his HR against the St. Louis Cardinals last week, former ODU standout Jared Young reached 10 career HRs spread over his four seasons in the big leagues, which has included 76 games played.
Young is just the second Monarch alum to reach double-digits in career HRs at the big league level behind Vinnie Pasquantino (76).
🏈 COUNTIN’ DOWN: 7️⃣3️⃣ DAYS TIL KICKOFF
Throughout the summer, we will be counting down the days
to the return of ODU Football this fall. The Monarchs will host
Norfolk State on September 5 at 6 p.m.
Looking to bounce back this fall for the ODU football team will be senior OL #7️⃣3️⃣ Connor Drake.
After missing all of 2025 due to an injury, Drake looks to return to the field and battle for a starting spot up front for the Monarchs.
The 6-6, 325 native of Charlotte, played in two games at right guard in 2024 for ODU.
