Good Morning ODU Fam. As a select few college baseball teams pack to head towards Omaha, the ODU Baseball program is dreaming of doing the same in the future.
A future that includes a brand new, state of the art facility thanks to the backing of the Monarch family.

Assistant @ODUBaseball coaches Ryne Moore and John Keane were among the 30 people sifting the ceremonial shovelful of dirt at groundbreaking for new $24 million @ODU baseball stadium. Without Moore, Keane and 43 of their 2021 ODU teammates, there would be no new stadium.

🔼 Difference Makers. Eight teams will be packing their bags and heading to Omaha later this week for the College World Series.
In 2021, the Monarchs had their eyes set on a first-ever trip to Omaha and while that team came up just short, they paved the way for the celebration that occurred on Friday as ODU celebrated the brand new Ellmer Family Baseball Complex.
🔼 Raising The Bar. Sure, we’ve watched the Monarchs go to work on the field this spring, but ODU isn’t just raising the bar on the gridiron, but also in the classroom.
The spring semester saw the ODU football team post its highest-ever team GPA for a semester with 3.19, including a program record 36 players on the Dean’s List.
