🔼 Havin’ A Blast. As the MLB season rolls into the All-Star break next week, ODU’s own Vinnie Pasquantino is having quite a season for the Kansas City Royals.

Through 90 games, Pasquantino ranks among the top-8️⃣ of all MLB first basemen in RBIs (55) and HRs (14), while sporting a .271 average.

This past weekend, the former Monarch drove in a career-high six RBIs in a win over the Diamondbacks.

Last week, ODU women’s hoops head coach DeLisha Milton-Jones and staff unveiled the eight-member recruiting class for the upcoming 2025-26 season.

“This year’s class is the most talented we’ve had in my five years as head coach at ODU, if I had to choose one word to describe this team, it would be versatile,” Milton-Jones said. “As a unit, we have lineups with depth and flexibility that we haven’t had on previous rosters. With that versatility, we plan to play more aggressively on both ends of the floor and make the game even more exciting.”

Did you know that Jarod Brown kicked the longest field goal in program history
back in 2013 when he drilled a 5️⃣4️⃣ yarder against Pitt on October 19th?

Brown is the only kicker in ODU history with multiple made field goals of 50+ yards, connecting on four from that distance during his All-Conference career
with the Monarchs.
