🏈 COUNTIN’ DOWN: 1️⃣5️⃣ DAYS TIL KICKOFF
Isaiah Harper will always be considered one of the most electric players in ODU Football history.
Anytime the Chesapeake native touched the ball, opposing coaches were sweating as he could turn any play into a trip to the endzone.
Harper was a two-time All-Conference returner and was named the 2017 Conference USA Special Teams Player Of the Year.
During that 2017 season, Harper returned three kickoff for TDs and averaged 29.1 yards per return, which ranked in the top-10 nationally.
📈 STOCK UP
🔼 Grand Opening. The scoring started early and often for the ODU men’s soccer team on Thursday afternoon in the nation’s capital.
Just nine minutes in, Lewis Rourke found the back of the net to spark the Monarchs to a 3-1 road victory at George Washington in the season opener for both squads.
Rourke would add another goal in the 26th minute, followed by an insurance goal from Jake Lane in the second half to round out the scoring.
🔼 Preseason Praise. With the season opener just a week away, a pair of ODU field hockey standouts earned preseason praise.
Josie Painter and Serena Langendoen were both named to the Preseason All-BIG EAST Team.
🔼 Secure Your Spot. This week, ODU Athletics announced that season ticket renewals for the 2026-27 men's and women's basketball seasons are on sale NOW!
Current season ticket holders have until Tuesday, Sept. 29 to renew their seats for another season of Monarch basketball at Chartway Arena.
New season tickets for both ODU men's and women's basketball are also available for Monarch fans.
