The ODU tennis programs surely do as the two squad joined together to enjoy a little Sunday sweep in Norfolk for the Monarchs.

🔼 Sunday Sweepin’. Darryl Cummings was a part of so many special moments with ODU Tennis, so it was only right that the Monarchs honored him with not one, but ✌️ victories this weekend.

On Sunday, both programs honored the ODU legend at Folkes-Stevens Tennis Center prior to a doubleheader on the courts.

The Monarchs followed with a 7-0 sweep of Brown on the men’s side and a 4-0 victory over Penn State for the women.

🔼 Bumps In The Road. If college basketball games were only 20 minutes, the ODU hoops squad would’ve had a great Saturday.

But unfortunately, two second half doomed both teams as they hit bumps on the road with the men dropping a 78-63 decision at JMU, while the women fell at Arkansas State, 76-63.
